Maintenance Clerk 维修部门书记

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
1. Responsible for the general clerical duties such as handling, filing documentation in maintenance office.
2. Request quotation and negotiate the price with supplier to order spare parts of machinery.
3. Prepare & update the monthly stock checklist report.
4. Take photo and prepare Repair Form for sending machinery/ equipment to repair and service.
5. Follow any duties assigned by Top Management and HOD from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
2. With or without working experience also be acceptable. Fresh graduated also are welcome.
3. Willing to learn and be responsible.
4. Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
5. Work independently, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
6. Process improvement mindset.
8. Full-Time (1) permanent position is available.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
