**Community Engagement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive active participation and engagement within the Leadapreneur community.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community culture through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Create engaging conversation about innovation and Industry 4.0.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build relationships with our clients who are in the banking industry. They enrol in our program and use our platform for a gamified innovation journey.
- Develop and execute initiatives to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among participants.

**Social Media**
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Liaise with IT departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Stay up-to-date with innovation trends

**Success Story Promotion**:

- Identify and showcase success stories from participants, highlighting their achievements and contributions.
- Collaborate with participants to create compelling content that inspires and motivates others within the community.

**Gamification Expertise**:

- Oversee gamified program elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance participant interaction and competition.

**Communication and Branding**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent and positive brand image for the Leadapreneur community.
- Regularly communicate updates, announcements, and relevant information to participants through various channels.

**Data Analysis**:

- Utilise data and analytics to assess community engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on community performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media and community management, preferably in a banking/fintech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of gamification principles and strategies.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective storytelling.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with the use of tools like Canva, Figma, and Slack.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
