**EXECUTIVE, WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (PKG JASA, PORT KLANG)**

**Deskripsi Kerja**:
Membantu Ketua Unit Sokongan Operasi menyedia dan memantau kerja-kerja Pengurusan Projek dan Teknikal Jabatan Pengurusan Gudang

**Tanggungjawab**:
**1) Menyediakan dokumentasi dan menguruskan projek**
- Menyemak kertas kerja permohonan daripada zon serta membuat pemeriksaan fizikal berkaitan projek yang telah dicadagkan dan dipohon oleh pihak Zon
- Memantau perlaksanaan proses tender mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan
- Memantau perlaksanaan projek mengikut kelulusan spesifikasi, dokumentasi, BIll of Quantities (BQ), Surat Lantikan (LA) dan dokumen kontrak
- Memastikan kemajuan projek kerja memenuhi tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan dalam kontrak
- Memastikan setiap projek yang dilaksanakan mematuhi peraturan kesihatan, keselamatan dan kod industri
- Mengesahkan dan memeriksa kerja yang telah disiapkan oleh kontraktor dan vendor
- Memantau dan melaporkan status penggunaan Peruntukan CAPEX
- Melaporkan laporan bulanan kepada Ketua Unit

**2) Memantau dan menguruskan pelaksanaan kontrak untuk perkhidmatan di Gudang seluruh Malaysia**
- Menyediakan dokumen kontrak bagi perkhidmatan gudang
- Menyediakan kelulusan pengurusan untuk mendapatkan kontrak perkhidmatan yang baru ataupun lanjutan kontrak

**3) Pengurusan Vendor dengan menyelaras dan memantau aktiviti pembekal kontrak melalui laporan yang telah disediakan oleh pihak zon**
- Membuat penilaian berdasarakn laporan prestasi terhadap setiap projek yang telah dilaksanakan
- Menyediakan dokumentasi berkaitan dengan projek dan kontrak

**4) Menyelaras sebarang projek inisiatif yang membawa kepada inovasi, penambahbaikan serta pembaharuan cara kerja operasi yang lebih efektif dan efisen di Gudang**
- Menyelaras dan memantau program inisiatif yang telah dirancang
- Memastikan setiap program dilaksanakan mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan
- Mengemaskini setiap status program kepada Ketua Unit dan Jabatan setiap bulan

**5) Pengurusan Aset**
- Melaksanakan proses kelulusan untuk pelupusan dan kemaskini senarai daftar asset
- Menyediakan kertas kerja kelulusan berkaitan perlaksanan tender melupus aset dengan nilai dan menyediakan kertas kerja kelulusan untuk pembuangan aset berkaitan pelupusan aset tanpa nilai
- Mengemaskini senarai daftar aset dengan kerjasama Jabatan Kewangan

**6) Melakukan Pemeriksaan Bangunan Berkala di gudang sewa seluruh Malaysia**
- Menyemak tanggungjawab yang perlu dilakukan pemilik gudang berkaitan penyelenggaraan gudang yang tertakluk dan termaktub di dalam Perjanjian Sewaan Gudang
- Menyediakan laporan penemuan berkaitan penyelenggaran dan kondisi gudang untuk diserahkan kepada pemilik gudang bagi tujuan penyelenggaran dan membaik pulih
- Menyediakan kertas kerja kelulusan berkaitan pembaikan serta penyelenggaran jika terdapat kerosakan yang bukan dibawah tanggungjawab pemilik gudang

**Keperluan Kerja**:
**1) Kelayakan**
- Ijazah dengan kepujian dalam bidang Kejuruteraan, Ukur Bahan, Pengurusan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya

**2) Tahun Pengalaman Kerja**
- 1-3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Pengurusan Projek atau Kontrak ataupun pengurusan Gudang

**3) Pengetahuan Khusus**
- Pengurusan projek dan pengurusan pentadbiran

**4) Kemahiran**
- Kemahiran komputer Microsoft Office tahap Mahir

**5) Atribut Peribadi**
- Mempunyai inisiatif sendiri (Self-starter) dan proaktif
- Boleh bekerja dibawah tekanan dan seliaan mínima
- Berintegriti tinggi, jujur dan amanah
- Suka belajar dan boleh dilatih
- Rajin dan berorientasikan pelanggan ( dalaman dan luaran)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
