**Accounts Assistant**

**Location: Kajang, Selangor**

**Salary: Up to RM3,000**

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting tasks for the Company.
- Provide logistics support for both the company and its subsidiary.

**Accounts Role**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry of accounts receivable and payable invoices.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancy on supplier invoices.
- Handle billing-related job tasks (Invoice, Statement of Accounts, Credit Note, Debit Note).
- Handle monthly expense claims records for directors and staff.
- Asist with employee payroll matters.
- Assist in other ad-hoc finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

**Administrative Role**:

- Replace role of logistics personnel when they go on leave.
- Provide Logistics Support for Subsidiary Company, which include:

- Issue Delivery Orders, Invoice, statements, and other necessary documentation as needed.
- Arrange monthly site visit schedule for technician.
- Monitor stock and equipment.
- Assist sales personnel and technician as necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM with 1 year working experience in accounting is preferable. **However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.**:

- Proficient in Excel and Word; **experience in AutoCount system is an added advantage.**:

- **Knowledge of chemical terminology will be an added advantage.**:

- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- A strong self-starter who demonstrates patience when working as a team, has high integrity and self-initiative in completing tasks.
- Remuneration package will commensurate with qualification and working experience.
