Conveyancing Clerk

**Location**: Jalan Dato Lim Hoe Lek, Kuantan
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to coordinate various aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the settlement process, including preparing settlement statements and coordinating the exchange of legal documents.
- Provide administrative support to conveyancers and solicitors, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Stay informed of changes in property law and conveyancing procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software.
