1) Sourcing for new suppliers 2) Perform comparison and basic negotiation on terms and any other related correspondences 3) To review and liaise with Requestor on Purchase Request (PR) and to create Purchase Order (PO) 4) To ensure all order are processes in timely manner and communicate with Supplier on order acknowledgement and arrangement 5) To assist Superior to prepare for Quotations 6) To perform general filing duties on goods purchase and receive, supplier pricing and other related documents 7) Able to work as a team and cooperative among others department 8) To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior/Management Qualification: 1) Certificate or Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Account or any related discipline. 2) Minimum 2 years working experience 3) Ability to communicate and work as a team 4) Basic computer skills
