Supply Chain Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Proceed purchases activities under service area of Supply Chain department.
- Fully support administration and clerical task under Supply Chain as per supervised by senior executive
- Request invoices from suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Reconcile SOA with suppliers.
- Handle and compile reports as per following:
- Aging report for each cycle of payment
- Downpayment & SST
- GRIR
- Compile delegated task on invoices submission to finance.
- Liase with Account Payable from finance team on supplier payment issue
- Follow up and co-ordinate with project & technical or O&M team on:
- Purchase Request that has not yet been issued in SAP but already receive supplier invoices.
- Assist to senior executive to perform logistics and warehouse tasks.
- Perform any ad-hoc task as requested by senior executive or manager.
**Academic Qualification**:
- At least a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
**Experiences**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing and logistics planning.
- Strong in planning and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with others.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
