Lab Assistant

Prepare rubber samples according to established procedures.
- Perform routine rubber property testing using standardize method, such as tensile strength, viscosity test, & hardness testing.
- Compile & record test data accurately & submit the test summary.
- Analyse test results, identify discrepancies and recommend corrective action
- Ensure the proper functioning and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain organized laboratory documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum Diploma in Science. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Polymer Science) is a plus.
- At least 1 year experience in Rubber Manufacturing laboratory setting is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of computers and laboratory software.
- Ability to work effectively in a potentially harsh manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work overtime / shifts, as needed

Preferably male applicants (utilize proper lifting techniques for handling heavy molds during sample preparation

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
