To coordinate with all departments especially production and sales on the timely arrival of goods purchased. To assure those ISO requirements are followed strictly to achieve the quality ordered items and get a minimum of 3 vendors for comparison in pricing, reliability, responsibility, and ISO compliance preferably. To continue updating the listing of new vendors periodically. To work closely with the Sales and Planner to maintain and control a healthy inventory level on Finished Goods(FG), Semi and Raw Materials and Safety Par in the Warehouse such as FG( Customer Order '“ Order ) in the Store is not over 1 month, Semi and Raw materials(Local & Imported) are not over 1 month( Local) and 3 months( Imported), and Safety Par( minimum quantity) for commonly used item including certain chained hotel, any Order Items needed over the agreed period required an explanation for approval. To assure the Purchasing Division can continue to function productively during the breakdown of the ERP System by keeping the necessary data and files. To follow up closely with overseas suppliers on delivery of merchandise and others. To work closely with the accounts department especially for imported. merchandise so as not to have unnecessary expenses e.g., storage. To ensure that samples asked for from supplier reaches with minimum delay. To keep up to date on trends of new products in the market. Any ad-hoc job assigns from a time-to-time basis. REQUIREMENTS Certificate/Diploma/Degree in relevant studies. Good Interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation skills. source new product or alternate supply in line with consistent quality. Able to speak and converse in Mandarin. Delivery capabilities and favorable terms. Good in using Microsoft Office. Able to work in a team and independently. strong analytical & problem-solving.
