**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 2 position needed for Sales Support Admin. 1) Sales Support Admin (Ship Sales Division) & 2) Sales Support Admin (Trading Division)
- Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure by handling daily vessel quotation from ship customers.
- Customer Oriented; able to attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
- Handle customers’ problem by coordinating with logistics on delivery issues and liaise with order fulfilment team on customers’ PO issue.
- Work closely with sales manager and relevant team to achieve sales growth.
- Positive learning mindset and a passion for sustainability.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast
- paced environment.
- To assist order processing team in generating picking list and invoices on ad hoc basis or when needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good working attitude, able to follow instructions given.
