Menyediakan dan memasak produk makanan berpandukan kepada menu harian dan spesifikasi sepertimana termaktub didalam Tatacara Syarikat. 3. Memastikan kebersihan dan keselamatan bahagian penyediaan dan bahagian memasak dijaga selalu. 4. Melatih, memberi motivasi, disiplin dan bimbingan yang secukupnya kepada kakitangan bahagian dapur dan perkhidmatan sajian serta mengwujudkan suasana kerja yang menyenangkan. 5. Memastikan semua produk makanan yang disedia dan dimasak serta perkhidmatan sajian menepati kehendak pelanggan dan Syarikat. 6. Menyediakan laporan penyata mingguan bagi unit / outlet kepada pihak Pengurusan. 7. Menyediakan laporan kerosakan, laporan gagal bekal, laporan sumber manusia dan laporan inventori unit / outlet kepada pihak Pengurusan.
