IT Executive

Maintains, manages, troubleshoots and upgrades computer systems and servers for performance and security and related issues
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems to support the company's retail operations.
- Troubleshoots information technology-related issues for both hardware and software
- Coordinates the set-up of data services, computers, and printer installation.
- Provide technical support to retail staff and HQ staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Make sure servers running smoothly & unusual behaviour
- ITMS ticketing system, attend to cases, ensure completeness of the ticket.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery to minimize downtime and data loss in case of IT system failures.

**Job Requirement**
- Proven experience in IT roles within the retail industry, with a solid understanding of retail systems and processes.
- Minimum Degree in Informational Technology/Computer Science or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
