We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team.

As a Freelance Account Reconciliation Specialist, you will be **responsible for examining financial statements, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.**

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Account Reconciliation**:

- Conduct thorough reconciliation of financial accounts, including bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**2. Financial Analysis**:

- Analyse financial statements to assess the financial health of the organization.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and maintaining compliance.

**3. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of reconciliation processes and results.
- Generate regular reports highlighting financial discrepancies and resolutions.

**4. Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and other relevant parties.

**5. Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations affecting reconciliation processes.

**6. Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues independently.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and rectify financial discrepancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
