**Key Responsibilities**:
**Preparation of Ingredients**:
- Assist in measuring and weighing ingredients as per recipes.
- Sift and mix dry ingredients and prepare wet ingredients.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ingredient preparation area.
**Baking and Pastry Production**:
- Follow recipes and instructions to produce a variety of baked goods, such as kuih and cookies.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and sheeters.
Shape dough, cut cookies, and assemble pastries according to the chef's guidance.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
