**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Human Resources**
1) Responsible for all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration.
2) Review and develop HR policies, strategies based on corporate guidelines.
4) Effectively manage foreign labor affairs, especially dormitory issues, while ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
5) Ensure company compliance with government regulations, laws, and labor regulations.
6) Lead the recruitment process and collaborate with department heads to organize skill testing programs.
7) Provide onboarding training for new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the organization.
8) Maintain and update the employee database, organize proper record-keeping and filing of employee correspondences and documents.
9) Collaborate with department heads to conduct regular reviews of employee job performance and provide constructive feedback.
10) Monitor and record all invoices/delivery notes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
12) Coordinate with banks, auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents to guarantee clear communication and compliance.
13) Manage office supplies procurement, explore for new offers, and maximize cost savings with vendors.
14) Assist the production team in resolving general purchasing issues, supporting smooth operations.
15) Execute any temporary tasks assigned by the management to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
**Job Requirements**
1) Qualification: Minimun Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree and above.
2) At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3) Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
4) Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
5) Multi-tasking, resourceful, capable of working with mínimal supervision and high self-discipline.
6) Able to start work immediately or short notice period.
7) Willing to work on Saturday halfday.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
