Assistant - Accounts (Ap)

**Job Description**:
- Responsible day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with the organisation's accounting policies and procedures
- To assist in handling accounting data entry (eg. invoices key-in and matching payments) and daily operations of accounting function
- Responsible for rental, utility and deposit schedules and oversee landlord statement reconciliation
- To perform vendor payment by using local banks and Supply Chain Financing (bank facilities) for mid and month end
- To check staff claims and verify suppliers payment batch
- In charge of inter-co billing and monthly SOA
- In charge of new store opening store float
- Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
**Role Requirements**:
- Possess minimum a diploma/degree in Finance/Account or other relevant field
- 1-2 years working experience in Account Payable, book keeping or related disciplines will be added advantage
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
