Responsible for timely submission of monthly management report.
- Manage a team of finance staff by providing necessary coaching, guidance and on the job training to all finance staff to optimise performance of the team.
- To develop internal control system for the Company and its’ control improvement.
- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report, management accounts, budget, costing and forecast for the Company and any other ad-hoc report.
- To assist management in decision making by preparing relevant analysis and data so that correct and value-added decision are make.
- Coordinate to ensure smooth implementation of accounting policies, procedures and ensures these accounting system are complied with management requirement, statutory bodies, external auditors and internal auditors.
- To prepare and submission of financial reports and other returns in compliance with accounting standards/tax/Companies Act and relevant laws.
- Preparation of income and expenses schedules for tax compliance and ensure propriety of tax computed by tax agents for the Company.
- Completion of questionnaires from governmental bodies i.e Statistics Dept. and Bank Negara.
- To oversee credit control activities and monitor policy and procedures in relation to proper maintenance of account receivables.
- To oversee assets management, account payables and inventories.
- To review subsidiaries accounts and support subsidiaries in any relevant ad-hoc jobs.
- To observe and adhere to company’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties requested by management relating to the job responsibility.
- Assist on costing, analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. To observe and adhere to company’s policies and procedures at all times.
- To adhere to Safety, Health and Environment procedures in all aspects of work.
- To adhere to quality management requirements such as ISO, Total Quality Management, 5S, QPP, Poka Yoke and other company implemented quality standards.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superiors.
