**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for overall daily QC and production operations.
- To lead and assist the Production to meet daily productivity.
- To maintain good cleanliness of the production zone.
- Assist in leading the Halal Inspectors, Suppliers Inspectors when required.
- Monitor operators and ensure that they meet company requirements & standards in food handling.
- In-charge of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
- Monitoring production run smoothly according to plan in order to meet targeted output and quality specification.
- Reduce wastage of production to meet targetted wastage percentage.
- Monitor operators cleanliness, hygiene SOP, behaviours and performance during production.
- Issue purchase order and get approval from management before almost reaching buffer stocks limit.
- Assist in recruitment of operators.
- Assist in On Job Training (OJT) for department staffs.
- To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.
- To be responsible to maintain all production and QC records.
- To perform any other jobs which assigned.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Min Diploma in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- At least 1 year of working experience in production.

Pay: RM1,700 - RM2,500.00 per month
