**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare molding machines for production runs according to job specifications.
- Install and align molds, adjust machine settings, and perform test runs to ensure proper operation.
- Monitor machine performance, inspect parts for quality defects, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure equipment reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, process parameters, and quality inspection results.
- Train and mentor junior technicians or operators on machine operation, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
- To perform set-up and to perform simple trouble shooting on problematic products processes.
- To be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
- To constantly observe cGMP and GDP practices.
- To perform task/job as per assigned by superior.
- To assist department in achieving departmental KPI.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in plastics processing is preferred with 1 year experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding machine operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work in rotating shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
