Ensure that the workplace is available and tidy before and after such as replenishing the stock of medicines, materials and document forms are discounted at the counter.
- Label and fill the right medicines in sufficient quantities according to the prescription received.
- Make the preparation of medicines and documentation in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Carry out packing and pre-packaged duties for the supply of medicines to pensioners who will be delivered through postal / courier services.
- Carry out stock inspections at the counter or on-site of duty.
- Make a temperature record for the cold network for certain medications and room temperature in the record book.
- Oversee the temperature records of the storage room of medicines and refrigerators.
- Identify and report expired items for disposal.
- Ensure that the stock of medicines and dispensing materials is always sufficient and there is no waste.
- Carry out other assignments directed by the superiors from time to time.
**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Pharmacy
- Well versed with drug names and pharmacy math
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in hospital
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Freshgrads are encourage to apply
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work in shift rotations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)
