Kitchen Crew

Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and espresso machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health code standards and ensure the safety of our customers and team members.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to Koffie Lane's policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
