Internal Audit Executive

Responsible in the execution of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to provide reasonable assurance to enhance the internal control systems, risk management and corporate governance by ascertaining level of adequacy, integrity, effectiveness and efficiencies of governance, risks and internal control systems within the organization to ensure the achievement of hospital objectives, strategies and compliance to statutory requirements.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the incumbent will assist in achievement of Internal Audit Plan by performing audit assignment including assessment of audit effectiveness and identification of control effectiveness improvement opportunities.
- Report on audit findings, propose recommendations and review with Internal Audit Manager.
- Attend to meetings with Management to discuss on the audit process and audit findings.
- Manage audit assignment assigned and ensure completion within stipulated timeline to achieve the Annual Audit Plan.
- Document and follow up on all recommendations and timelines for corrective action with the Management.
- Accountable to preserve documentations for audit work such as audit working papers, audit program, supportive evidence, permanent file, current file, circulars, minutes, office memo and etc.
- Assist in Enterprise Risk Management initiatives (risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation and reporting) within the Group
- Any ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by the Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good communication skills, report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Independent self-motivated and mature in handling all level of staff.
- Team player, strong analytical skills and effective problem solving ability.
- Fresh graduates with passion is acceptable for this position.

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
