Summary of the role:

- 1. Contract duration : 6 months and renewable of if Honeywell requires

3. Location : UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical,Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi

4. Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM

5. No night calls or support required

6. Preferred language - English is a must

7. Should be present at the office

8. No travelling required

9. Must have skill - SAP knowledge

10. Nice to have skills - ERP system SFDC

11. Interview level - 1 LEVEL

YOU MUST HAVE
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
- Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes.
- Passionate towards customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated
- SAP experience.
- SFDC knowledge is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
