_**Responsibility**_
- Work to achieve store monthly target
- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments (**SHOPEE**)
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards
- **MUST** manage to do **LIVE** on our website
- **Requirements**_
- Experienced as supervisor or senior role at least for 1 years
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
- Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
