Welder/fitter

Job Responsibilities:
1- Have responsibility and minimum guidance for day-to-day planning maintenance work such as finish goods mould preparation and attend to any breakdown issue to reduce downtime

2- Have a good knowledge regarding WELDING and OXI CUTTING.

3- Able to read and use measurement device (tape, Vernier Caliper, ruler etc.)

4- Assist superior in keeping finish goods mould, machine/equipment at highest efficiency possible

5- Perform various maintenance activities involving corrective and preventive maintenance scope in production line

6- Have basic understanding and ability to troubleshoot such as general mechanical system, gear motors and shaft system, pneumatic systems, hydraulic system and general facilities functional

7- Able to use welding machine, oxy cutter machine, grinder machine, cutting machine, drill machine and others to repair and service finish goods mould and machine related

8- Able to use skimming machine and milling machine is an advantage

9- Advance level troubleshooting and involve in improvement project, RND project from Technical Dept

10- Weld small and large components such as conveyor rack, mesh tray, pipe, etc

11- Cutting metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.

12- Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job

13- Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.

14- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Preferably people with good attitude, good listener and really want to work
- Willingly to serve for a long period
- Highly chance to become permanent if work performance and attendance is good.

Expected Start Date: 26/02/2024

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
