**TEACHER TRAINER**

**Details**:

- Start date: Immediate
- Working day & time: Monday - Friday; 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.
- Location: 1-2-9 Kompleks Kantonmen Prima, No 698, Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur
- Salary Range: RM 2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month.
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc.
- Teachers will be put on probation for 3 months after the training period. The teacher will get a permanent job once they have passed the probation period.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Familiar with IGCSE Syllabus (Mention your expertised)**:

- Good communication and written skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Own a personal computer and transportation.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Familiar with Cambridge, IGCSE and Singapore syllabus.
- Help and assist Teacher to get familiar with the syllabus.
- liaise with management team in establishing and enforcing rules of behaviour for Teacher.
- Checking lessons, units and projects of the teacher.
- Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects with the teacher.
- Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students to the teacher.
- Encouraging teacher to explore learning about the method of teaching.
- Creating, assigning and teacher for trainings programme.
- Working with teacher one-on-one when they need extra help.
- Tracking and evaluating Teachers progress.
- Leading teacher meetings.
- Maintaining positive relationships with management team, teachers, students, parents, co-workers and supervisors.
- Communicating regularly with teachers.
- Helping teacher to improves students study methods and progress.

**Skills**
- Ability to develop lesson plans training programme and successfully instruct Teacher in theories, methods and tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas.
- Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to Teacher
- student’ various learning needs.
- acknowledge of appropriate changes in syllabus, learning psychology, styles and strategies.
- Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Advanced technology skills to track student attendance and grades and present creative lessons.
- Leadership skills and patience for working with Teachers.
