- **Individualized Planning**:
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans for children based on assessment results.
- Setting specific goals and objectives to address developmental delays and support overall growth.
- **Family Collaboration**:
- Working closely with parents and families to understand their concerns, goals, and priorities.
- Providing guidance and support to families in implementing intervention strategies at home.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**:
- Delivering therapeutic interventions and activities to address specific developmental needs.
- Using evidence-based practices and interventions to promote optimal development.
- **Monitoring Progress**:
