**Responsibilities:
- **
- Responsible for the reception function and day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person / place.
- Screening & answering phone calls and attend to enquiry & request.
- Ensure good housekeeping of the reception and courier parcel area.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls, walk in guests and interviewees.
- Sort out and disinfect all incoming documents, couriers and parcels delivery, arrival and notify respective departments for collection.
- Record all the incoming couriers and parcels.
- Manage e-filing outbound courier pick-up arrangement - FEDEX, DHL & GDEX.
- Coordinate with courier for pick-up arrangement.
- Manage booking of meeting rooms.
- Raise POs for office supplies (include IT and warehouse).
- Handle meter reading for all the photocopiers and attend to photocopier breakdown.
- Assist in any other admin related issues raised by the staff.
- Rotation on lunch break with HR Personnel.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Assist HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Supports legal related matters, renewal of road tax, insurance and ad-hoc task
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Assist in recruitment process and providing orientation and training to new employees
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties as assigned.
**Job Type**: Temporary
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
