Social Media Executive

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
- Graphic Designing skills, product photography, video-editing & demonstrate skills using TikTok
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practises
- Energetic, digital savvy and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Tiktok)

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve, implement, update & maintain brand awareness on social media posting channels
- Monitor, evaluate, research, and administer social media tools on a daily basis and generate reports and analytics
- Provide analysis and recommendations when a campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed
- Analysing results, customer’s needs and wants, market conditions, and competitor’s data in all social media channel
- Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the outlet/ brand’s website, Facebook, blogs, etc
- Dealing with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly
- Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and identify and analyze competitor advertising methods and strategies

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
