_**Job Summary**:_
- **We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive in our media agency/digital marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing effective media campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive client satisfaction, exceed expectations, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.**_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _**Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business objectives, goals, and target audience.**_
- _**Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies and digital marketing plans aligned with clients' objectives, utilizing various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and more.**_
- _**Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media planning, content, and analytics, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.**_
- _**Coordinate and oversee the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring they are launched on time, within budget, and meet clients' expectations.**_
- _**Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for optimization.**_
- _**Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for innovation and improvement.**_
- _**Stay updated on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and new technologies to provide strategic recommendations and innovative ideas to clients.**_
- _**Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and maximize revenue generation.**_
- _**Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.**_
- _**Attend client meetings, presentations, and pitches, showcasing our agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.**_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _**Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).**_
- _**Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing within a media agency or digital marketing agency.**_
- _**Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, search engines, programmatic advertising, and content marketing.**_
- _**Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients.**_
- _**Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including ad management systems, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.**_
- _**Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.**_
- _**Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**_
- _**Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to develop effective marketing solutions.**_
- _**Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.**_
- _**Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
