**JOB SCOPE**
- To prepare the unit for daily operation (i.e. set up the equipments, test the equipment, tidy up the place etc)
- To enter all data into PMO
- To answer all calls pertaining to patient's appointment and schedule
- To key in the charges into PMO & issue charge sheet
- To despatch documents to related departments
- To change linen used daily and collect clean linen To assist physiotherapist
- To assist in stock check and balance
- To register patients
- To record sales of services and items
- To prepare, store and retrieve outpatient personal files

**Requirements**:
Possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in health information or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field. Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team. Good in computer literacy.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
