**Responsibilities**:
1) Assist Production Manager to ensure all the staff under their control are adequately trained and technically competent to perform their duties in satisfactory manner.
2) Ensure Production operations are carrying out according to customers RoHS requirements and with minimum environmental pollution.
3) Responsible for the quality of work carried out by all personnel with their area of control
4) Ensure and evaluate HOS job.
5) Must have good communication and co-operation with subordinates and third party
6) Train and develop potential HOS to have a good management skill for their own section.
7) Planning future improvement for production quantity and quality.
8) Must have knowledge as below
a) All the department basic technical (theory)
b) ISO basic document
c) Communication and Management skill
d) Able to trouble shooting in production line
e) Able to work independently

**9) Ensure and maintain / control the item as below**:
a) 5S and production work flow
b) Healthy and safely
c) Electricity and water usage
d) Work arrangement, schedule planning and production status
e) Ensure rework carried out within set requirement
10) Control the production consumption of laminate, material usage and wastage level
11) Control the production document
