Keep all mechanical, electrical and store area in a heat and orderly condition.
- Carryout an inspection on public areas on a daily basic in case of problem arising unexpectedly.
- Offer maintenance and repairs to public areas, guest rooms and administrator office buildings.
- Carryout consistent preventive maintenance programs on rooms and regularly updates record on files.
- Work together with the other departments, discuss and solve any problems in operation which is involving the maintenance department.
- Carryout assessment of requirements for completion of reports or work orders to the management as stated by standard procedures.
- Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies.
- Assist in remodeling and construction of new projects as may be required.
- Do prepare the equipment and standby for any function.
- Do rounding check and record a meter reading for electric, gas, and water on daily basic counting.
- Monitor and maintain all building system as assigned.
- Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
- Schedule and complete the ‘preventive maintenance program’.
- Work within expense units established.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned.
- Responsible for alerting the superior/HOD of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place that may occur.
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all guest, contractor, vendors and fellow employees.

Requirement
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
