Maintain good communication with the logistics company, and cooperate with the logistics company to complete the relevant data verification and customs declaration to ensure the smooth operation of the daily logistics
- Supervise the import and export operation of the logistics company for import and export declaration process at the customs office to ensure that the operation process is compliance and does not damage the company's interests. If there is any irregular process, report to the superior in a timely manner
- Manage and analyze logistics-related data, provide related reports, and report to superiors
- Optimize the process or increase the requirements of the logistics company based on the suggestions and feedback of the internal related departments, in order to achieve and improve the service level of the logistics company
- Solve the problems that occur during the logistic process, if there is any loss or damage, cooperate with the insurance company and logistics company to investigate, to protect the company's interests from damage
- Coordinate with the logistics company on the logistics plan to align on company’s planning or before the off-peak season arrives
- Coordinate with factories or suppliers, to complete product certification, and complete import and export declarations according to customs requirements
- Understand the latest market rate, to ensure that the company obtains the best service and quotation, and control the company's operation costs
- Evaluate the service level of the logistics company, including the timeliness and the integrity of the goods
- Synchronize logistics information and logistics status to relevant internal departments to ensure the transparency of the logistic process
- Handle the monthly bill check and submit the payment request in the system

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of the Import/Export industry
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
