**We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to join us**
- **5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK**:

- Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.
- Develop business opportunities with project target prospects (Developer/ architect/
consultants/ project scale id’s/ contractors) to build business relationship and close
sales.
- Delivery quotations, proposals and all kind of document preparations with tiles and
sanitary wares & fittings sample board for presentation purpose.
- To achieve Personal Sales Target & KPI set by company.
- Coordinating with various internal and external departments to get things done
efficiently and promptly.
- Invite potential customer to showroom to view the product collection.
- Plan approaches and presentation with potential clients to develop proposals and to
close sales.
- Handle payment collections by monitoring on customer ageing and work closely with
account for late payment customer action.
- Attends necessary after sales & services matter by working together with TQA to
resolve customer matter efficiently and promptly.
- Report and do all other task instructed by superior.

**Job Requirement**:
**- **Experience in Sales & Marketing.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
