Junior Video Producer

**Video Production Assistance**: Collaborate with the video production team to assist in all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production tasks. This may involve conducting research, gathering and organizing equipment, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and assisting with script development.

**Shooting and Editing**: Participate in video shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio setup. Assist in capturing high-quality footage and audio recordings. Support the editing process by organizing and importing media files, selecting and assembling footage, and making basic edits under the guidance of senior video producers.

**Creative Input**: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and project meetings. Offer input on video concepts, visual styles, and storytelling techniques to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.

**Post-Production Support**: Assist in post-production activities, including video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or visual effects. Collaborate with the editing team to ensure videos are edited efficiently and meet project requirements and deadlines.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Help maintain and organize video production equipment, ensuring it is in working order and ready for use. Assist with equipment setup and breakdown before and after shoots.

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
