**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee in the monthly company accounts and ensure timely and accurate generation of the accounts audit purpose.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations
- Ensure the accounting entries / transactions are compliance to relevant Acts.
- Implement of internal control policies/procedures to improve company work performance
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and other government statutory bodies
- Assist in provide support and Information to Company for corporate reporting
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting

Position Requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa, English & Mandarin
- Hard Working, meticulous and with positive working attitude
- Experience in supervising team of staff in deliver timely reporting
- Preferably in Property Management line.

Work remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
