**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Support PC/Computers/laptop related to hardware and software.
- Support Microsoft Operating System such as Windows 10/11.
- Support and maintain Microsoft related software such as Microsoft Office, Office365, Sharepoints.
- Support of System Infrastructure including Physical computers, Microsoft Azure and other hardware related to compute systems.
- Able to work independently to support any server/system related cases.
- Create and maintain document as it relates to network configuration, System Diagram mapping, processes, and service records using MS Office products like Word and Visio.
- Conduct research on system products, services, protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the system & server industry.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve computer end-points problems as needed.
- Willingness to travel to other states in Malaysia.
- Willing to work after office hours if required.
- Ensure that SLA are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

**Skills**:

- Have good communication skills among colleagues, distributor and principals
- Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and support devices such as computer systems, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and softwares such as MS Office, sharepoints.

**Required Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience of hands-on security technical experience preferred.
- Possession of Microsoft Certification certification is an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
