Assist in organizing, preparing and coordinating for Continuing Professional Developments (CPD) series
- Responsible for the proper functioning of the Institute's office with respect to office security,staffing, office equipment,office' vehicles, fitting and consumables.
- Responsible for liaising with clients including responding to queries and request for institute's services.
- Perform any duties as directed by the Executive Director, Senior Manager, and other authorized personnel, including helping with research and providing clinical services to clients.
- The administrative assistant is directly responsible to the senior manager and executive director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in any related field (science field is an added advantage)
- Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa with computer skills
- Able to go outstation
- Able to multitask and a good team player
- Have pleasant and cheerful personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
