**Position Summary**

Uphold high quality in the administrative and delivery of the programme.

**Key Result Area and Responsibility**
- Provide academic leadership and guidance to staff in the programme concerned.
- Manage and communicate with a clear strategic view of the School’s development and responsibilities.
- Undertake timely and effective staff management, performance management, development, mentoring.
- Monitor and manage the Programme resources effectively and efficiently.
- Participate or contribute in the budget preparation and operate within the approved budget.
- Ensure compliance with the Programme Standard, and of the teaching, learning outcomes, and assessment of courses in the Programme.
- Ensure all teaching materials and updated and comply to the prescribed standards.
- Ensure that programme information is continuous updated ie. Brochures, printed materials, website, programme handbook, etc.
- Establish and liaise with industry partners particularly in relation to industry placements, industry guest lectures, external examiners, external advisors and other related areas.
- Provide student consultation and pastoral care.
- Engage in research and publication activities.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Office in the student recruitment activities eg. school talks, Fairs, etc

**Key Selection Criteria**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health or a related field is required.
- A Master’s Degree or higher in Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.

- Demonstrate high levels of engagement, participation and commitment for programmes initiated by the School.
- Operate in a collegial manner, with openness and transparency.
- Work closely with other Schools in the institution, including multi-disciplinary education, and with campus support units, including effective representation on College committees.
- Comply with all government, corporate and college requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
