1. Create new Part Entry for Manufacturing type following New Product (NP) and/or Program Learning Outcome (PLO)

Sales Order (SO). Maintain correct Part Revision code and description. Create new job for NP and PLO, trigger

Engineering and/or Automation for Print and Process Review (PPR), ensure job materials are reviewed to trigger on time material sourcing, and collaborate with Engineering, Automation, Programming, and other Operations teams on correct Method of Manufacturing (MOM), Multiple Lot Size based on Piece Per Blank (PPB) and production Lead Time (LT). Trigger Warehouse for material release, maintain job changes and updates, and close job upon completion. Report on NP and PLO jobs completion.

2. Create Engineering Change Order (ECO) job upon request by Engineering team, maintain ECO jobs following Engineering advice.

3. Update Setup Sheet to Part Maintenance, MOM, and active jobs. Translate the changes in MOM and Job Operations and Materials. Update Multiple Lot Size and PPB following setup sheet in Part maintenance.

4. Review Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests for job creation or SO fulfilment.

**Potential Projects**

1. Part Revision Maintenance. Create new codes and description following stardardization for ease of Revision selection in Job creation, reference in Job Traveller, and reference in Priority Dispatch Report. Collaborate with ERP team for mass creations and/or updates.

2. MOM Maintenance. Review existing locked and unlocked MOMs. Collaborate witth Engineering on accuracy.

3. Part Number (PN) Integration. Integrate assembly PN MOM with internal drawing into original PN MOM. Collaborate with Engineering team for the ECO change.

**Potential Tasks for Growth**

1. Analyse Automation readiness for mass production.

2. Lead planner for Automation.

**Requirements**:
1. Studying Bachelor's Degree in relevant course, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

2. Preferable with Excel skills.
