Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management
- Functions which include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, industrial relations, and HR Generalist.
- Preparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF etc.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Responsible payroll processing in-house payroll accuracy and timely payout to our employees
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with all labor rules, laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in training and development field.
- Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Independent to plan and carry out assigned duties diligently
- Knowledge of employment act 1955 and statutory requirement
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge of labour legislation.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
