In accordance with higher-level policy, in charge for production plan's forecast, logistic management, energy, technical, quality control, budget control, human resource development plan and safety measure which leading to improve entire Manufacturing Business unit.
- Execute plans and turning PDCA by own self and report progress to superior.
- Follow up and manage operation control items/ trouble on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- To prepare, confirm and coordinate with each section/ department/ division on achieving business plan/ improvement plan.
- Receive instructions from superior on new measures development, disseminate to each department, promote and manage.
- Provide guidance to junior when correspond to human resource development related issue.
- Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mathematics Analysis/ Manufacturing Engineering or any other related field with working experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive industry.
- Fresh graduate with exposure from Manufacturing/Automotive industry are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Able to speak Mandarin & Japanese will be an added advantage).
- Have great analysis skill in data, production and Industrial Engineering knowledge.
- Good communication skill.
- Computer literate (Able to use Microsoft Office tools especially Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
