Reporting to the Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for:
1. Annual Budgeting Process
- Responsible for template preparation
- Responsible for consolidation and provide analysis
- Support preparation of Budget Presentation

2. Forecasting
- Support rollout and consolidation of weekly forecasting process

3. Management Reporting
- Support for and work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the review and analysis

of monthly management reports.
- Review, analyze and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements.

4. Financial Evaluation
- Support in keeping track of all post Capital Investment effect/impact and providing of financial

analysis showing the performance against the approved investments financials.

5. Process and Reporting Automation
- Participate and support in the automation of reporting/forecasting process, enhancement of business

processes/workflows relating to (financial and finance operation aspects) and other ad hoc finance

initiatives in relation to the brand

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA and have at least 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail/FMCG industry
- A self-driven, independent individual who enjoys working in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & report writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI and Power Queries will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Finance & Accounting software, e.g. SAP (including BPC), Tableau, Cognos, Maxiplan
- Able to work under stress and deliver within tight deadlines
- Good understanding of and/ experience in retail operations
