Job Description/Specification:

- Handle full set of shipping documents for import & export operation.
- Verifies and maintains records of incoming and outgoing goods in a warehouse.
- Coordinate with forwarder on shipment documents accurately.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of various reports on time such as monthly LMW report, license renewal, annual report & etc.
- Advise and ensure company compliance and execution adhere to legal rules provision.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.

Added Skills/Knowledge:

- Good oral and written skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in LMW License and manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Familiar with custom matters and deal with customs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive, pro-active, and high level of integrity with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
