As a Corporate Psychologist at Vealthme, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering mental health programs, workshops, and interventions to support the well-being of our employees. You will conduct psychological assessments, develop personalized intervention plans, and provide confidential counseling services to address various work-related and personal challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver mental health-related programs, health talks, and workshops to promote employee well-being.
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalized intervention plans to address individual and group needs.
- Provide confidential counseling services to individuals or employees dealing with work-related stress, interpersonal conflicts, and personal challenges.
- Oversee and manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide timely support and resources to employees.
- Support in the preparation and execution of wellness programs aimed at enhancing mental and physical well-being.
- Liaise with external providers and coordinate services as needed to ensure comprehensive mental health support.
- Develop engaging mental health education content to raise awareness and promote a supportive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
- Registered or licensed psychologist with relevant professional credentials.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering mental health programs and interventions.
- Strong counseling skills and ability to provide confidential support to individuals and groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Passionate about promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
