**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software programing/ IT or relevant.
- At least 3-5 years of AX2012 or D365FO implementation experience.
- Experience in providing technical solutions and system architecture for D365FO.
- Able to resolve technical issues, create reports, and collaborate with teams.
- Able to ensure system maintenance, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Capable in Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Additional skills: network systems, cloud computing, Power BI.
- Technical proficiency in D365FO development and ERP principles.
- Strong in problem-solving ability for complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience within timelines and budget.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Desired certification: MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer.

**Job Descriptions**:

- **Development and Customization**: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in **MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations**, including module configuration, workflow creation, and system integration.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide guidance and expertise in all Dynamics 365 aspects, staying updated with platform enhancements for continuous improvement.
- **Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs, translating them into technical specifications aligned with best practices.
- **Testing and Deploymen**t: Create and execute test plans, support solution deployment, and troubleshoot pre/post-implementation issues.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
