Reservation Officer

**Job purpose**
Handle passengers booking and ticketing, ancillaries and reservation related matters. This involves providing assistance to BPO, ATO, GO, and Sales Department on reservation and ticketing issues and ensure adherence to airlines’ Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Handling requests from queues, inboxes and reports while utilizing available systems.
- Continuously update and provide current information on airline products and services in accordance with standard airlines’ SOP.
- Identify, propose and implement process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the issuance of airline tickets, exchanges, refunds, and debit memos.
- Perform additional duties as required by the superior.
- Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum: SPM or Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent. Higher qualification is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Experience/ Skill**
- Knowledge in ticketing or GDS (Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport) or airline booking system will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu both oral and written.
