**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients' needs.
- Responsible for deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration, functionality, and user acceptance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to guide end-users on SAP functionalities.
- Work closely with the technical team to design and test customizations to SAP functionalities to meet client needs.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, providing expert advice on SAP functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in one or more of the following modules: FICO, MM, SD.
- Proven experience in SAP implementations, configurations, and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, procurement, and sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- SAP certification in the relevant module(s) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.
