Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of building maintenance and management, for M&E to achievecompany’s goal bymeeting customers’ expectations and need.

Evaluate the performance of outsource contractor’s as per service level agreement.

Ensure the adoption and compliance ofto all procurement procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO 19001.
